Panel saws provide sign shops with the safest way for breaking down panels while occupying a maximum of 30 square feet in a shops. May sign shops choose the H6 or 6800 model Panel Saw due to regularly cutting 6′ tall panels that requires the 74″ maximum crosscut.
Saw & Router Combination Machines allow for one operator to cut and V-Groove panels with one machine. Featuring an easily interchangeable carriage that allows for changing the saw and router carriage in under a second, these machines are most often utilized in operations working with aluminum composite panels.
Dust free, vertical substrate cutters are frequently found in the printing room of sign shops due to the non-motorized cutting cartridge system that cuts material without sending dust in the air. Like our panel saws, these cutters also provide space savings due to the vertical positioning of the machine. Preventing dust from getting onto the finished good is a pain point of all sign shops, and we offer vertical substrate cutters with 65″, 82″, and 98″ maximum cutting heights.
Our desktop cutters feature a similar cutting system as our vertical substrate cutters, but are meant to be placed or mounted on a table. The Nemesis Integrated cutting system is meant to be fixed on a table, while the Helios features a 10.5″ base that allows for moving it around based on current needs.
