Where are Safety Speed’s machines made?

Our Vertical Panel Saws, Wide Belt Sanders, Screw Pocket Machines, Edgebanders, Saw & Router Combination Machines are made in Ham Lake, Minnesota. Our vertical substrate cutters and desktop trimmers are made in the United Kingdom

How does a Safety Speed Machine Ship?

Our Vertical Panel Saws, Combination Machines, Screw Pocket Machines, Wide Belt Sanders, and Edgebanders ship out in wooden crates. Hand tools will likely be required to remove the crating.

Does Safety Speed have Guidance on Receiving a New Machine?

We ask that you carefully inspect your crated machine before signing off on any paperwork to accept the machine in. This may be an inconvenience for the truck driver but it is imperative that you inspect it prior to signing off on it. Please review this flyer on receiving your machine in.

Does Safety Speed Ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across the world with dealers in North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia who have our machines in stock and can help handle logistical challenges for custom orders.

How long does it take to receive a new machine after placing an order?

Most of our machines will be built by our machine builders within two or three weeks of receiving the order. Since our machines are made in America, some of our machines can take longer for our team to build.

I have an older Safety Speed Machine and need an Operator’s Manual and parts diagram, where do I find it?

Our parts diagrams and manuals can be found here. Please contact our team if you cannot find what you need.

Does Safety Speed offer replacement parts for older machines?

We carry stock of parts for our machines and most are available for quick shipment within 3 business days. Luckily, our panel saws have not changed much over the years which allows us to support very old machines.

How long will it take me to receive an order of parts or accessories?

We ship most parts orders within 3 business days and do offer rush deliveries for an additional charge.

Where is your technical services team located for troubleshooting?

All our customer support are handled in Ham Lake, Minnesota. Please call our mainline, or create a new ticket here.
