- Creating a cleaner work environment (our Dust Collection System)
- Processing thin materials, simply rotate your Hold Down Bar and applying tension to lock your panel in place (our Hold Down Bar)
Accessories:
MID-WAY FENCE®: Brings your small panel work to waist height. Reduce back fatigue while cutting quantities of small panels on your machine. The MID-WAY FENCE® system uses removable fence supports on both the left and right of the machine center. Included is a stop block riding over recessed gauges for repeat cuts.
MID-WAY FENCE® for processing small panels at waist level
Wheels: Allow the machine to be moved easily when in the completely upright position.
QUICK-STOP: The QUICK STOP® Gauge promotes easily adjustable repeat cutting. Using a 5′, or 8′ long heavy extrusion with an embedded scale and an adjustable machined aluminum stop block, the QUICK STOP® Gauge provides an easy to use method of making repetitious cuts.
Stop Bar: The Stop Bar is a multiple stop system for production shops. Its 8′ length has an embedded gauge with adjustable, flip down stops for cutting of up to 8 standard lengths.
Dust Collection System: The Dust Kit allows you to connect your Panel Saw to an existing collector. Includes dust hose, rollers, elbow, and dust tube.
Stands: Our stands provide a sturdy, stationary base for your machine. Our C-Series panel saws have folding, portable stands allowing you to move your machine around the shop. The H Series, 6400 and 6800 machines are only offered with fixed stands.
Laser Line
Hold Down Bar: The Hold Down Bar keeps thin and flexible materials firmly against the machine frame for accurate, easy and safe cutting. The Hold Down Bar features spring steel fingers with non- marring rollers to reduce vibration and flex while cutting thin materials. Simply rotate this bar to increase tension and lock your panel in place. It pairs with our backer board for processing thin plastics and aluminum.
Laser Line: The Laser Line with an on-demand switch projects an easy-to-follow line on the work piece for precise cuts. The unit has an adjustable focus and uses two AA batteries. This cannot be included on a machine that also utilizes Scoring. This accessory is only used for vertical cuts.
Extensions: Come as a pair and add 22″ to each side of the panel saw allowing for easier processing of larger panels. These are recommended for our C-Series Panel Saws due to having a 5′ frame, instead of the standard 10′ frame.

Continuous Usage Panel Saws:
Our Gold, Silver, and Bronze accessory packages are not available for our continuous usage machines as the machines include most accessories included in the packages.
The unique Scoring System is available for the 7400 and 7400XL, allowing operators to get a perfect cut every time on harder to cut materials that have a tendency to chip. Please note that you cannot put our Laser Line and Scoring on the same machine. Both occupy the same space in the motor carriage.
