Cabinet shops across the world have used our vertical panel saws, and Saw & Router Combination Machines for safely breaking down oversized panels since 1958. As time went on, we recognized the need to provide cabinet shops with additional machinery capable of carrying on the same reputation our vertical panel saws have as workhorses that will last years.

Pocket hole joinery of face frames are part of most cabinet shops and our  screw pocket machines are capable of machining six-degree screw pockets in under a second. The simultaneous motion of drilling a pilot hole and machining a screw pocket while the tooling never touches allows for a smooth screw pocket.

Flat panel sanding is a tedious task and any cabinet maker will echo that sentiment. Our Minnesota made Wide Belt Sanders provide the best way for flat panel sanding and reduce hand sanding. Wide Belt sanders have turned a project that used to take hours into projects taking minutes, and are made in 37″ or 43″ sanding widths.

Edgebanders apply banding to panels that are outward facing and need to match the material after the panel was cut and creates a new edge. The Glue Pot applies glue to your panel, before Edgebanding and trimming it. The Hot Air Edgebander applies pre-glued tape to the panel.
