Technical Support & Sales

As our Technical and Sales support specialist, Jeff Chermack is responsible for providing great customer service, assisting customers with questions, troubleshooting issues, and recommending replacement parts for customer’s machines. Other daily tasks include collecting technical collateral, developing Safety Speed’s resources and keeping Safety Speed ahead of the curve on technological advancements.

A career professional in the woodworking industry, Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information technology from the Minnesota School of Business in 2016. He then started a new career at Safety Speed where he’s been since.

Jeff enjoys many activities that Minnesota’s north woods offer including hunting, fishing, ATV trail riding, and ice fishing in the winter.
