Return Policy
Upon delivery, please inspect your Safety Speed Manufacturing (SSM) Machine carefully. If the machine arrives damaged, we recommend that you contact SSM before unloading or refuse the shipment and notify the carrier immediately. If you discover any damage after accepting delivery, it is your responsibility to contact the trucking company right away to initiate a damage investigation.
If you believe you have received a defective component or are experiencing any other issue with your SSM Machine, please contact SSM Technical Support for assistance. For more information on coverage and service options, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Returns are accepted only after prior approval from an SSM representative. A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued before any item is returned.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all freight costs associated with returning the item(s). A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Items returned without authorization or outside of the 30-day window will be refused.
