In addition, next week, April 14th thru the 17th we will be giving our production team a much needed break, providing giving them with extra paid time to spend with their family. We will have minimal production staff on site so that we can ship essential parts/accessories during the dates mentioned. During this period our office staff will be available from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Central Time) from their remote locations and operating as normal. We plan to be back in full production the week of April 20th.
March 27 Update: Our essential construction, packaging and crating customers have been reaching out to us for the past week making sure that were going to be staying open in the case of a “Stay at Home Order” in Minnesota. After Governor Walz’s announcement, we were able to see a little clearer picture of what we could do during this order. Under the more defined list of Critical Manufacturing from the state, we were able to identify our category of manufacturing as one that States Critical Industries to stay open during the “Stay at Home Order”.
This allows us to continue to supply machinery and components to other essential manufacturers that are involved in construction, as well as crating and packaging of products needed for critical sectors in our economy at this time. All employees that are able to work remotely are working from home and can help you as needed during our regular business hours (M-F 8am-4:30pm).
Following the CDC’s guidelines while taking additional safety precautions to protect their families and each other, our team of production specialists are will remain working in our Minnesota manufacturing facility.
Receive your American Made Machine in quicker time than normal, we’re currently experiencing a shorter than normal build time on our American Made Machines.
March 23 Update: We are currently open for business as usual, and are taking steps to protect our employees by following CDC guidelines as best as we can throughout our operations. All employees that are able to work remotely are working from home and can help you as needed during our regular business hours(M-F 8am-4:30), either email or by calling us at (763) 755-1600.
Because we manufacture in the United States and need people within the facility to make our product, we do have personnel still working at our Minnesota location. They have all been spectacular at helping us to follow CDC guidelines as requested by Local and National Officials, while at the same time keeping product flowing out the door. This includes parts, machines, and accessories that are necessary for our customers every day operating needs.
We would like to wish you, your families and employees all the best as we go through this challenging time.
